Cindy, Jenny and Jessica, The Pierce Team, should be considered "The Dream Team." Their knowledge, communication and responsiveness are second-to-none. We were NOT in the market to buy or sell, heck - we just refinanced a few months earlier! However, we found an ideal home out of the blue and the Pierce Team was able to expertly navigate us through buying/selling and closing within 5 weeks. We needed to do a lot of work in a short time period. Cindy was able to share reliable and skilled, yet timely and affordable contractors to help us. There was a ton of emotion tied to this move and Cindy worked with us through all of it (sorry for the roller coaster Cindy but now you have an honorary social work certificate). Not only did Cindy steer us in the right direction with purchasing a home that had multiple offers on it, she also knew SO much about the local market, she was able to help us price our home just right and get the word out. Her knowledge-base and strategy paid off, as we were able to get a high purchase price (the highest in our community) with over 16 offers to choose from. From start to finish Cindy Pierce predicted and sold our home per her knowledge and expertise. It was the easiest, most professional and flawless sale. Cindy was there every step of the way from staging, offering assistance with appraisers, attorneys and inspectors. Her level of professionalism, knowledge, and expertise is second to none. She is candid about what will help your home to sell, and is extremely positive throughout the entire process. I remember her asking in the very beginning, "Do you trust me?" Cindy wants your trust, takes relationships with her sellers seriously, and really helps to bridge the gap with buyers. Zillow 01/01/2018. Palumbo Family. Cindy was awesome. I interviewed 8 or 9 brokers to sell my home in Batavia. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I selected Cindy because she had the energy, enthusiasm and, more importantly, the plan to sell my home. She stressed the positives and attractive attributes of my home, while cognizant of negatives. Cindy seemed to like my house and understood why I had purchased it and why others would want to too. Other brokers were not so insightful and tended to point out difficulties with selling the home (age, desired pricing, needed improvements, etc.). Her research into the market and my home's place in it was top-notch. On September 9, 2017, I hired Cindy to sell my home (list date 09/13/17). She assisted and guided me in what was necessary to get the home ready to show. She helped me make the house look great. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. Through her contacts, connections and methods (internet, emails, social media, etc.), she was able to get my house in front of numerous potential buyers and their brokers. The total number of appointments to see the home was approximately 30. On October 5, 2017, I received an acceptable offer from prospective buyers. Cindy was invaluable in getting on the details and requirements of the deal accomplished so that we closed on time. Their were no setbacks or glitches. Cindy helped negotiate any disagreements. Cindy was able to sell my home in less than a month in the fall and at my price (some of the other brokers that I interviewed told me the price was too high). Zillow. 07/13/2017 Boote FamilyCindy toured our home and provided us with a comprehensive list of staging and general recommendations to improve the home's look. We had 10+ showings, and 3 offers in the first 3 days on the market. With Cindy's counsel, we accepted an offer of $3k over asking price. Cindy then provided a list of comps to the appraiser to help support this price, as it was the highest price the neighborhood had seen in years.
